Behind the house is a large garden with palm trees and private trees. The large pool with sun terrace invites both guests and owners to refresh themselves. A wine cellar was originally restored in an old part of a country estate building. Several smaller buildings are now used as garages. There is another public bathroom in the courtyard. The focal point of the property is a large old fountain, a beautiful large lemon tree, and two enormous palm trees. Inland, conveniently connected but far from the island's tourist centers, lies this country estate, embedded in the gently undulating, original landscape of the area. It is about a 20-minute drive to the beaches of the south and east coasts, e.g., to the famous Es Trenc beach. The airport and Palma can be reached in 25 minutes.
