The farmhouse is completely immersed in the countryside and can be reached via a dirt road approximately 1 km from the main road. The nearest village, with a bank, post office, and all kinds of shops, is approximately 6 km away. Greve in Chianti, a renowned Chianti winemaking center, is approximately 10 km away. Various traditional restaurants are scattered throughout the surrounding countryside. The apartment is a portion of a farmhouse, spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room with a fireplace and access to a panoramic terrace. From the living room, on the right, you enter the large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with access to the garden, while on the left, you enter the living room with a second fireplace. There is a bathroom and closet. On the first floor, there are two large double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and two additional bathrooms. In the garden, shared with the other two apartments, is a 6x12x1.80 m swimming pool. The pool is accessible through the shared area.
