On the first hill 9 km from the beach of Lido Camaiore, completely immersed in the greenery of the hamlet of Santa Lucia, we offer for sale a typical country house complete with large garden and a swimming pool, located in a wonderful location from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills and mountains and sea view from the pool area.
A special place, where you can let yourself be lulled by the singing of the birds, where you can take walks in total relaxation in contact with the most uncontaminated nature, in total quiet without giving up the proximity of the main centers of Versilia, such as Pietrasanta which is only a few minutes away by car.
The house is accessed via a small road that is not completely asphalted but still accessible and suitable for vehicles.
The property is spread over two levels and is composed as follows:
On the ground floor, we find a large living area, and other rooms currently used as bedrooms, as well as a bathroom serving the floor
On the first floor, with access via both internal and external stairs, there is a large open space room with a splendid fireplace and where a kitchenette is planned, complementing it we find a large porch overlooking the garden and the swimming pool, while in the sleeping area we find two double bedrooms with a bathroom.
The farmhouse is surrounded by a private garden, partly olive grove and partly garden, in which we also find the swimming pool, and a beautiful wood-burning oven that gives that flavour of times gone by, of family, of outdoor dinners with friends.
