It consists of 3 comfortable, clean and well-equipped buildings, with access and views of Laguna Negra "Presa Federal". The accommodation It is 10 hectares of forest, located in the mountains of Avandaro, 8 km from the Stupa de la Paz and 10 km from the Izar Golf Club. 15 minutes from Avandaro and 30 from Valle de Bravo. It consists of 3 comfortable, clean and well-equipped buildings. All three, surrounded by forest and gardens designed so that the terrace of the main house is the place of coexistence. The main house has three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, closet, and fireplace. NOTE: only two are rented. The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen features a living room with a fireplace, a dining room for 14, and a beautiful terrace next to the saltwater lane. The terrace is equipped with lounge chairs and towels, a table for breakfast, snacks, or lunch, and a ping-pong table. There is also a TV room with Sky. The social areas, including the TV room and dining room, include two half bathrooms. Bedroom 1 - King-size bed (trundle bed option for children). Bedroom 2 - Two twin beds convertible into one king-size bed (trundle bed option for children). The guest house, with its unique country atmosphere, has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A porch overlooks the forest with a table for enjoying morning coffee or playing cards. Enjoy a quiet read away from the rest of the guests. Bedroom 1 - Double bed. Fireplace. Bedroom 2 - Double bed. Fireplace Bedroom 3 - Two single beds - Option to convert them into a king-size bed. The two full bathrooms are independent of the rooms and can be used at the convenience of guests. It has its own terrace with a fire pit and lounge chairs to admire the sunrises and sunsets. MANDATORY: Minimum 8 - Maximum 14 people (including children) IMPORTANT: Due to the layout of the beds, the maximum capacity of 14 people must be sharing bedrooms and beds in the case of king-size, queen-size, and double beds. Guest access It has access to and views of Laguna Negra, which is a federal dam where it is possible to kayak and swim in natural waters and enjoy an unbeatable view providing tranquility and connection with nature. On the property there is a farm and vegetable garden that enrich the experience. Springs and bodies of water. Children coming from the cities are offered a unique experience. Horses, goats, chickens, and rabbits are available for visits. The property is fenced and offers a large, safe space for activities such as hiking, picnics with a grill, campfires, ball games, kayaking in the lagoon, swimming in natural (very cold) water or in the house's saltwater swimming canal. You'll find many places suitable for meditation and yoga practice. The stillness and darkness surrounding the property make the nights perfect for stargazing. During the day, you can see eagles and hawks circling the small valley. Mountain activities such as biking, hiking, walking, motocross, and horseback riding are available. (These activities are arranged at guests' expense in Avándaro; we recommend some of the providers.) We have seven well-behaved, neutered, and healthy dogs, and although they are 100% friendly with guests, they guard the place at night. If you plan to bring your pet, please discuss this with us to ensure they are able to coexist with other dogs and respect the farm animals. Other highlights include: There is no telephone service or landline at the house; we have a private Wi-Fi antenna. Due to the house's location, which is far from town and pharmacies and supermarkets close relatively early, it is essential that you arrive with all the food and drinks you intend to consume, including specific medications. The house only has a basic first-aid kit. This paradise gives you the opportunity to get away from civilization and enjoy the riches of nature in a safe and private environment.
