Description
Apartment, Lebanon Building, 48m², Pina, Recife, PE. (Ref.: R1138423) The Lebanon Brazilian Club in Recife, designed by architect Dilson Mota Neves, will be fully renovated again. The club's architecture represents a composition from the first period of modernism, consisting of two cable-stayed arches supporting the sides of the building, inspired by Le Corbusier's Palace of the Soviets (1930). MD's new development will preserve the 1,972.54m² clubhouse and is focused on a young audience with a complete leisure complex that includes coliving, meeting rooms, a gym, laundry facilities, a mini market, a rooftop with a gourmet space, an infinity pool, and common areas delivered furnished and equipped. The building - whose concept was inspired by another pioneering project by the famous architect Luiz Nunes, in 1935, at the Alberto Torres Rural School, also in Recife - is part of a project by Construtora Moura Dubeux with 27 floors and 297 apartments (11 units per floor), occupying part of the 5,466 m² lot with apartments of 39 m² and 47 m². .
