Description
The best farm in the area has an area of 3,650 hectares, completely flat and its boundaries are mainly the Chirgua River and Caño la Montosa. Of which it has around 1,800 hectares of introduced humidicola and marandu grass as well as around 450 hectares of natural Brazilian grass, also in the month of July 400 hectares more are deforested and the rest of the land is all tree vegetation although all have their lines made, it has around 30 km of graveled roads, it also has 3 water wells with little flow and 2 elevated tanks of 60,000 liters each, in addition to 2 cisterns with water all year round,
