The apartment, partially furnished, is fully air-conditioned, and consists of a large reception hall from which one enters a spacious a living room with an antique fireplace and overlooking a courtyard, the dining room has large windows overlooking Via Santo Spirito.
Two of the four double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has direct access to a pleasant terrace.
From the large masonry kitchen there is access to the covered terrace overlooking the greenery.
The service room with private bathroom and wardrobe is located on a mezzanine.
