This romantic village, consisting of a farmhouse, two grain bins, and a garage, is located in a quiet, idyllic setting by a stream in Mariapfarr in the Lungau district of Salzburger Land. The three main buildings were dismantled from their original locations, numbered, and reassembled. Farmhouse features from Niedernsill (Pinzgau): - The kitchen is made of reclaimed wood. - The sink and countertop are made of Rauris natural stone. - Handcrafted leaded glass was installed in the kitchen door and kitchen cabinets. - All wooden parts are made of exclusive reclaimed wood. - The fittings are handmade and rusted. - The carpets and seat covers are made of wool and are handmade. - In the kitchen and living room, there is a brick additional stove and a tiled stove. - The table and chairs are uniquely handcrafted pieces. - The floor in the kitchen area is made of kiln-fired clay, the floor in the living room is made of reclaimed wood. - The curtain rods are hand-forged and rusted. - The curtains are made of linen and wool. - The dishes were hand-painted to match the tiled stove. - The floor in the entrance hall is also made of kiln-fired clay. - The staircase is made of reclaimed larch wood. - The curtains are made of cotton. - The bathtub surround and vanity are made of Rauris natural stone. - Reclaimed wood infrared cabin. - Hand-painted tiles. - Underfloor heating. The upper floor houses a gallery and two bedrooms. One bedroom is made of reclaimed wood and the other of Swiss stone pine. The furnishings come from a 400-year-old Troadkastl (traditional barn) from East Tyrol. - The upper room is accessible via a staircase (500-year-old from Kaprun) and a balcony. - The wood for the interior was removed from a 500-year-old farmhouse in Kaprun, reprocessed, and reinstalled. - The floor comes from a 650-year-old, listed building on Nonntaler Hauptstraße in Salzburg. - The bedroom on the upper floor is made of Swiss stone pine and is heated by a cannon stove from Hamburg. - The ground floor serves as a meditation room and is equipped with underfloor heating. - Only organic clay was used for the plasterwork. - The windows and doors were made from reclaimed wood. - All roof coverings are made of handcrafted larch shingles and wooden gutters. - All sheet metal work is made of copper. - All stones used were collected by hand and wheelbarrow in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Pinzgau. - The stone slabs for the outdoor areas were split by hand. - Two boulders from the Hohe Tauern National Park, weighing 18 and 15 tons, were integrated into the outdoor area. - In the south-facing garden, access to the Taurach stream was created. - Fountains with reclaimed wood roofs leave nothing to be desired. - An original hand-split Pinzgau fence was erected as the perimeter fence. - Swiss pine sauna with natural stone flooring, furnishings from an old wood barn from Pöllau near Graz - Kitchen worktop made from natural stone from East Tyrol - Travertine floors in the bathroom - Hand-made glasses in the bathroom door and mirror - Upholstery made from Schladminger Loden - All fabrics used are free from polyester and other plastics - Hand-made brass fittings - Elegant, rustic living/dining area on the ground floor - Spacious old wood sleeping area on the upper floor.
