Approximately 200 square meters of land registry space on three levels, plus 100 square meters of veranda with swimming pool, make up 300 commercial square meters of unsurpassed beauty, immersed in the olive groves of the western Ligurian Riviera, with a 360-degree view and exposure. Arriving from the almost exclusive road, you park in front of the entrance gate from which you access the garden and the surrounding property of about one hectare cultivated with olive trees.
