A Unique Space. Located on a 2,000 m² plot, this impressive 400 m² villa has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread over two floors, offering ample space for families or groups of friends seeking to relax and unwind in a dreamlike setting.
Elegance and nature in harmony. The upper floor of the villa has four bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the other two have two single beds and share an elegant bathroom. If desired, the twin beds can be joined together by a topper for added comfort, provided that the agency is notified in advance for preparation.
The huge glass windows that dominate this floor offer spectacular views: on one side, the sea and, on the other, a stone breakwater decorated with bougainvillea and jasmine, surrounded by fruit trees. Wake up every morning to the sea breeze and the sensation of sleeping in the open air thanks to the large windows that can be opened completely.
The living-dining room is a spacious and bright 17-metre-long space. The glass walls open almost completely, integrating the interior with the terrace, so that you can enjoy a fluid experience between both spaces while contemplating the sea. The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a BORA induction hob and a table for 10 people.
