The way of payment is:
• 30% by the signing
• 15% by the completion of the steel cement structure
• 25% by the completion of plaster application
• 20% by the installation of frames and windows
• 10% by the delivery
The project included everything except the following:
• State power and water connection fees
• Furniture
• VAT
