Description
It presents a plot with an area of 7,833sqm, located immediately outside the western limit of the urban perimeter of Portimão. This place has privileged access, both from the city centre and from the outskirts, also offering proximity to the beaches. The boundary of the land is defined by the street that faces its east face. The land is fully equipped with essential infrastructure, including street to the east, water supply, sewage system, electricity, telephone and gas. The objective of this project is the construction of a 3-Star Rural Hotel, with a total area of 1,963sqm, which will include the following spaces: Reception Restaurant and bar Multipurpose hall Locker room Swimming pool 12 single rooms 11 double rooms 12 T2 apartments, 4 of which are intended for users with reduced mobility. It should be noted that this project has already received a favourable opinion from Turismo de Portugal IP, as part of the request for prior information for the construction of a tourist resort with the desired classification. For the realisation of this 3-Star Rural Hotel, it will be necessary to ensure compliance with all the conditions required during the licensing phase of the project. (BI-TG7176/264)
