Admin fee:
- 1-2 months: €1200 + VAT.
- 3-5 months: €1800 + VAT.
- 6-9 months: €2,400 + VAT.
- 10-11 months: €3000 + VAT.
- Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 300 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In case the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.
