Firefighters of Ajuda and the Monsanto Forest Park. Farther away, but close enough, is the Ajuda National Palace.

This building perspective is in accordance with the indication inserted in Article 54 of the PDM Regulation, in point c) of its point 2), that the maximum IUB (Gross Use Index) be 2 m²/m² that would give for the total 2,000 m2 of the land an occupation in housing of ± 4,000 m²
