The use of conventional materials and a predominantly white color palette accentuates the simplicity of the design. Significant attention was devoted not only to the orientation concerning the plot's views and the functionality of the spaces but also to the study of lighting, which aims to enhance both the geometry and ambiance of the spatial units within the complex.
