A PIP was presented, which was approved by the Montijo City Council on 09.02. 2021 in which 19 lots are proposed with a total area of 59,381m2, a total maximum implementation area of 23,752.40m2 and a maximum construction area of 34,931m2.
Lots 16 to 19 will be built in a band and the remaining lots will be built in isolation, with a minimum distance of 9 meters from the lot boundary.
