Description
We are welcomed by an almost magical atmosphere where everything is harmony among rows of vines and olive trees. The hamlet consists of three buildings .A first building of about 605 square meters has been divided into 7 apartments characterized by the living area, the kitchen , one or two double bedrooms with bathroom for a size ranging from 55 square meters to 130 square meters . A short distance away is another 200 sq.m. building redesigned into 2 apartments of 100 sq.m. each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to the bright living areas . A last building of 190 sqm is developed into two apartments of 90m and 100 sqm . Each apartment has private resede and privacy , gazebo and outdoor tables . The 200 sqm cottage consists of large living room with dining area , kitchen with island , four double bedrooms and two bathrooms . State and finishes
The nucleus dates back to the 17th century placed in a dominant position between Siena and Arezzo . The buildings are made of stone and brick , the style is typical Tuscan . Wooden beams , ancient terracotta and large stone fireplaces characterize all the rooms .

In addition, the resort is easily reached from Rome in less than 2 hours (km 220), from Bologna in 90 minutes (km 150) and in 3 hours from Milan or Turin.
