The Pestana Porto Covo Village is a residential development in a private condominium model with 174 homes, central core, gardens and leisure spaces.
The project, which extends over three hectares on the Costa Vicentina and will be completed by the end of the first half of 2025, is made up of terraced apartments with each block consisting of two apartments on the ground floor, with terrace, and two apartments on the ground floor, with coverage.
