This estate consists of: 625 hectares exclusively for olive cultivation, of which 425 hectares are cultivated with 64,000 olive trees: 15,000 are 35-40 years old. 5,000 are 25-30 years old. 44,000 are 20-25 years old. Currently, there are approximately 8,000 Arbequino plants. All plants are under drip irrigation. Of the adult plants, 13,000 olive trees have a 7x7 frame and the rest of the plantation is 8x8.
