The history of the estate dates back to the early 20th century, when it became the permanent residence of a family. It also served as a local education center, offering scholarships for children from nearby communities to study reading and mathematics.
In 2008, the property underwent a comprehensive renovation by its current owners. Today, it harmoniously combines Mediterranean architecture with Spanish influences, featuring thick walls, high ceilings, and typical fireplaces from central Spain. The restoration preserved traditional elements of Ibiza, including an original bread oven, showcasing meticulous attention to detail.
We invite you to experience the captivating fusion of past and present. The estate, one of the few well-preserved 'païssas' in Ibiza, offers a truly exclusive and secluded setting. With over 15 hectares of land (equivalent to 37 football fields), we are located high above white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, surrounded by untouched nature.
The Ibizan villa combines traditional charm with modern amenities, featuring five rooms inspired by Balinese design. Each suite boasts canopy beds and intricately carved furniture made from reclaimed boat woods by Balinese craftsmen. Outside, our terraces and chill-out areas invite relaxation with Balinese gazebos, wooden swings, and a serene black stone fountain amidst the tranquil sounds of nature.
As the sun sets, guests can enjoy panoramic views from one of the most coveted spots on the island, experiencing Ibiza's legendary sunsets with unmatched beauty.
