PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Hotel project is a proposal for a new and modern hotel with 108 rooms plus 60 suites with hotel service, with all the comforts and amenities of a high-class hotel. Located on the Prados del Este highway, towards Las Mercedes, between the Santa Ines distributor and Los Campitos, Baruta Municipality, Caracas City. The structure will be made up of two 19-story towers, facing Northeast (Tower A) and Southwest (Tower B). Tower A is articulated by an elliptical volume that functions as a base, where common services are located with functional integration such as parking, lobby, restaurant, etc. This implementation responds to the search for the best views, to the Northeast with a distant view towards El Ávila over the highway and to the Southwest also with a distant view towards the Prados del Este Urbanization, both towers will share service areas as follows: •Four levels of parking and services. •A ground floor level of one and a half heights, lobby, and large vestibule. •A mezzanine level with shops and administrative offices. Tower B, which will be the hotel, will have: •108 rooms on 11 standard floors. •A pool, gym, and spa. •A multipurpose and event area. Tower A, for a total of approximately 4,000 m2 of construction, which will be the ApartoSuites, will have 60 suites of approximately 55 square meters fully equipped with kitchenettes and can offer hotel service. These suites will be for sale. Tower B, intended for accommodation services, will have 108 rooms. Currently under construction, foundations, and walls.
