Description
It is a detached manor house made up of several volumes, surrounded by a few buildings from the complex. The immediate surroundings consist of a garden and a small wooded area with a tin can. The building is built on the slope of the land and has five floors, counting from the lowest part, with the main entrance located to the west, at the level of the third floor. Despite its state of abandonment, the building still stands out for the opulence of its finishes and decorative elements, such as the large openings with semicircular arches, especially those of the gallery, with large wooden shutters, the railings with balustrades on balconies and terraces, the large eaves and cornices, and the oval oculi that give light to the attics. The Manresa heritage catalogue protects it in its entirety due to its historical and traditional importance and its landscape values.
