Description
Villa from the late 19th century, in the center of the town of Gressoney-La-Trinité, which will be completely renovated with natural materials, construction methods and technical solutions capable of guaranteeing an excellent level of quality and high thermal and acoustic comfort. Where possible, existing parts will be recovered and enhanced, such as the stone walls with which the exterior of the existing building is made. The planned stratigraphy will guarantee excellent thermal insulation and perfect waterproofing.
Approximately 4 to 6 customizable housing units will be created, with one to three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, some on a single floor, others on two floors. All the apartments will have either the use of the garden or balconies. In the basement there will be a private cellar for each apartment.
