This modern villa is located on the slopes of a small hill with open and stunning sea views, a short drive from the most beautiful beach in the area. It is 7 km away from the small, Mediterranean town of Omiš and the river Cetina and approx. 30 minutes drive from Split, town under UNESCO protection, and 45 minutes from Split airport. On the highest level, ie the third floor, there are two double bedrooms with bathrooms and a wellness area with a Finnish sauna and air-conditioned recreational, fitness area. On the top floor of the villa there are four parking spaces.
