In the center of Varazze, along the central Carruggio and 30 meters from the beach, stands Villa Croce. It is a noble historic residence from the 17th century located in the San Nazario district and overlooking the splendid public park called "Il Boschetto", with centuries-old trees, once the exclusive garden of the Villa. The Villa has been the subject of a careful restoration project which has transformed this residential area of considerable prestige and returned it to its ancient splendor. The luxurious environments of Villa Croce are now offered in eight apartments of different sizes, from studio apartments to four-room apartments. Outside, the large and accurate "Genoese" trompe-l'oeils tell us of a rich and cultured past, confirmed by the loggia on the main floor which, with its proportions and the use of the round arch, recalls the best Renaissance solutions of central Italy up close. The apartment is located on the main floor and is the largest accommodation within the building. It is composed of a living room, dining room and kitchenette with access to the large covered terrace.
