The deer production center is supplied directly by natural surface springs and by another borehole with solar panels. LA RANA DEL QUEJIGAL This estate has an earthen dam with a capacity of approximately 100,000 m3 of water. This dam has a pump installed that irrigates 110 hectares of olive groves, with approximately 18,000 trees. In the reserves, there are ponds with their own springs that easily provide the necessary water. The main house and the guardhouse are supplied with quality water from a borehole. La Rana del Quejigal: There is a public road. Two private hunting reserves have been created that use the road as a division between them. CORK PRODUCTION In El Zumajo, cork production in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and in La Rana in 2023 totaled 16,800 quintals. The high quality of this cork has allowed it to be paid at the highest prices on the market. DEHESA The dehesa of El Zumajo and La Rana is made up of holm oak and cork oak forests, the latter being the most productive. The coppices and waterways are accompanied by gall oak and oak trees. This area is cleared of rockrose and scrubland.
