Exposed wooden ceilings characterize all the rooms, thus reviving the charm of traditional wooden structures typical of barns. The apartment is completed by a private terrace in front of the living room of 12 m2 in surface area and a private area of approximately 7 m2. at the back of HOUSE B. Changes to the layout and customizable finishes during construction at no additional cost, subject to the progress of the work.
House 5 is being sold by a construction company for €485,000.00 plus VAT by law, which is entitled to an IRPEF deduction:

if a second home of 36% - RENOVATION BONUS, on a maximum expenditure of 96,000 euros. The 36% deduction is equal to 34,560 euros. Garage starting from €36,000.00 + VAT, with a tax deduction of approximately €11,700.00 on the garage appurtenant to the apartment.
