There are buildings 2,500 sqm in total floor area, 900 sqm of which have been made use of. The buildings include thirteen holiday homes with fully equipped kitchens and four newly built suites with outdoor hot tub or private plunge pool. The accommodations sleep 55 persons in total.
Facilities include a 200-square-metre swimming pool (20m x 10m) in a 950 sqm space, a bar/restaurant with kitchen, laundry room and breakfast lounge, a brick barbecue & oven with its own, separate outdoor area, a playground, ample parking space and a reception area with adjacent laundry and ironing room. There is also one more house of 63 sqm currently used by the owner, which can be divided into two suites.
The compound is approx. 17,500 sqm and boasts a unique environment with cedar trees of the kind Juniperus Oxycedrus, gardens and plants.
