The village of Nax is just a few minutes' drive from the town of Sion and all its amenities.
The freeway entrance and SBB station are 20 minutes from the village.
Several ski areas are within easy reach. The ski areas of Mont-Noble, Evolène, Arolla, Les 4 vallées (Thyon - Veysonnaz - Nendaz - Verbier) and the Val d'Anniviers resorts are all just a few minutes away.
Nax is an ideal destination for winter and especially summer tourism.
From the village, there are several hiking trails that take you to the peaks and alpine pastures of the Val d'Hérens and neighboring valleys.
