Description
The driveway lined with tall trees and surrounded by the garden leads to the house set on a small rise. Here is located the farmhouse of about 200 square meters. The entrance introduces us to a cozy living area characterized by a large arched window, and on two levels staggered between them the living area, on the upper level a dining area that can also be used as a living room, on the slightly lower level the sitting area with a large wood-burning fireplace. Adjacent to this space is the eat-in kitchen with attached pantry and bathroom with shower. The furnishing staircase, made of steel and wood, integrated into a furnishing loft serves as a hallway to the sleeping area where we find two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with tub. Adjacent to the living area is a large windowed room that is conveniently accessed directly from the living room. On the outside of the house a boiler room/plunge room.
Outdoor spaces
The house is immersed and surrounded by the large land owned, the part closest to the house is completely fenced and kept as a garden, with magnificent and majestic tall trees that provide shade and coolness, while the farther part lends itself to various uses, since it is mostly flat land. In an area adjacent to the house we find a large yard paved in terracotta tiles, protected by a majestic cedar tree, while in an area further away from the house we find the garage, which due to its size can comfortably accommodate several cars as well as gardening tools.
State and finishes
The farmhouse, which was once the barn of a nearby manor house had fallen into disrepair, covered with brambles, the conservative restoration done in the early 1990s gave it a typical and modern look and style. Earthquake and technological regulations at the time not required and not necessary have all been used, and while not visible, they represent an important plus of this property.

The postcard dream house of many. Its location surrounded by nature, its proximity to services without having to suffer the discomfort of noise, traffic and pollution, its convenience to reach Siena and Florence definitely make it the object of desire.
