Rural hotel in O Irixo, located in a small town with easy access to Galicia, surrounded by regions of natural interest. The hotel is a complex of two separate houses, combining two completely different designs to better adapt to all types of guests. It has a total of 16 fully equipped rooms, divided equally between single and double rooms. The land on which the two houses that make up the hotel are located has a surface area of 2,385 m2. The two houses, located on rural land, have been renovated. House number 1 consists of a ground floor, first floor, and second floor; house number 2 consists of a ground floor and first floor. The volume and typology of the two buildings have been preserved to dedicate them to a rural hotel, taking into account the aesthetic demands of the area. The exterior structure was maintained by repairing the existing stone, emptying the interior volume, rehabilitating it with the incorporation of concrete slabs and changing the roof.~~HOUSE 1:~On the GROUND FLOOR: social room, one of the bedrooms, warehouses and cold rooms, boiler and diesel room and several bathrooms.~On the FIRST FLOOR: bedrooms, reception, lobby, bar, two dining rooms and a small lounge.~On the SECOND FLOOR: we find seven bedrooms.~~The building has an elevator that allows access to all floors, centralized vacuum cleaner and lighting by motion sensors. At the rear of apartment number 1, a parking lot has been created for guests. ~We have Ferroli boilers for heating and hot water, as well as a 6,000-liter diesel tank, in two completely separate rooms with a security door. ~The social lounge is a 48 m2 room with stone walls that retains the original beams and is used by guests for celebrations. ~It has a computerized reception, a Neris NETCOM 64 switchboard, a fax machine, and has recently been added Wi-Fi internet service for guests. ~The dining rooms have an area of approximately 55 m2 and 43 m2, respectively. One of them has a glass-enclosed wooden gallery. ~The cafeteria has a small bar with a surface area of 32 m2 and an outdoor terrace. ~The kitchen is fully equipped with new Angelo Po industrial machinery. It has a central design with four burners, two fryers and two griddles, with an extractor hood, two countertops with their respective sinks, and a medium-sized Angelo Po oven. Everything is custom made in top quality stainless steel with non-slip resin floors. ~In the pantry is the plunge with a finishing table with salamanders also in steel and a hood dishwasher with its respective countertop and sink completely independent from the kitchen preparation area. ~~HOUSE 2: ~On the GROUND FLOOR: it has a constructed area of 228.34 m2 including the laundry room and the massage center that has 6 cabins, a waiting room, reception and toilets. ~On the FIRST FLOOR, which has a constructed area of 241.65 m2, it has six bedrooms and a laundry service office. ~The laundry room is fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer and ironing roller. It features new, top-brand industrial machinery. The massage room consists of six glass cabins, a waiting room, a reception area, a rest area, public restrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility, and a private staff restroom. The area designated for the massage room can be converted into bedrooms.
