Description
We present 3 townhouses, set in a plot of 1050 m2. The houses are 35 years old and are currently rented.
These houses do not have a Housing License, however, having the PIP approved, after the completion of the work, CM Odivelas will grant the licenses.
The houses are separated into 3 lots, 3 of which are independent fractions, the PIP approves the joining of them, thus creating a private condominium.
Regarding areas, the proposal is to have 2 floors with 6 fractions in total, with 350 m2 of implantation (per floor), with the possibility of building 1 more floor, which will total 3 floors and 9 fractions.
With regard to the table of proposed areas, the result of these was not a simple gross sum of the existing construction areas, but realistic maximum values, taking into account that the future construction proposal will maintain the pre-existing structure.
Therefore, and since urban improvement is being promoted and more fractions for housing are being created in the municipality, this addition aims at a clear advantage, both for CM Odivelas, as well as for the owner of the lots.
