The residence consists of 9 apartments (studios, one-bedroom and a three-bedroom), all furnished in a nautical style. Spread over different levels, each apartment has its own entrance and a balcony or a porch equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the sea view. The apartments are comfortable and welcoming, with equipped kitchens, air conditioning, and television.
Two large parking areas allow guests to leave their car inside the property, with pedestrian access to the residence via a staircase. Snorkeling and diving enthusiasts will find spectacular seabeds right in front of the residence, while hiking lovers can explore a multitude of paths branching out in the surroundings.
Just 300 meters away is the well-equipped and easily accessible Nisporto beach, where there is a small supermarket, a bar, and a restaurant.
