The structure is completed by 3 completely renovated shops in front of the waterway with “income” commercial activities including a prestigious style restaurant and two other commercial activities.
The whole structure is arranged on the ground floor and first floor; the main portion has a second floor in the attic.
East side: The main house (east side) of about 1000 square meters with a secular garden of about 1500 square meters, has all the original materials and a large number of rooms and windows.
