Beautiful farm located 15 to 20 minutes from the town of Guaro. It consists of two registered properties with an area of 31,030 square meters. These farms feature many fruit trees, but especially 700 avocados, 300 outdoor pitayas, 2,200 indoor pitayas, 30 orange and mandarin trees, and several other fruit trees such as lemon, persimmon, pomegranate, plum, fig, apple, cherry, and olive trees. The avocados are of the Hass variety and yield approximately 15,000 to 20,000 kilos per year. The 2,200 indoor pitayas are planted in a 1,000-square-meter greenhouse and are of the Tesoro variety, yielding an annual yield of 7,000 to 9,000 kilos. And the 300 planted outdoors are of 10 different varieties. Within the property, we find a built-up house measuring 80 square meters with the possibility of expanding, according to law, to 256 square meters. The existing house is divided into a living-dining room-kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and an attic upstairs where the bedroom is located. It's also worth noting that the property has automatic irrigation for the entire grove and has two drilled wells with the possibility of drilling another. There are two small springs that produce 4,000 liters each per day; a 70,000-liter cistern; and two 20-square-meter pools. The property also has a 40-square-meter tool shed and two more 12-square-meter warehouses. It's also worth noting that it has a 100-square-meter vegetable garden and parking for approximately 10 vehicles.
