A staircase with a graphic wrought iron railing and terrazzo flooring leads upstairs to the sleeping area. First, the master suite boasts a bathroom and a dressing room. Then, the three other bedrooms open onto a long terrace, bathed in light, with an unobstructed view of the surrounding vegetation, and share a bathroom with small pool tiles and a fixed window, as well as an exotic wood dressing room.
Outside, the architectural style continues: a saltwater pool and terracotta terrace interact with a raw concrete pool house, designed as a living space. Here, light is omnipresent, and the materials are revealed through the play of light and shadow.
A 27 m2 independent outbuilding consisting of a living room with its kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom creates an ideal space for entertaining or having an independent workplace.
