T1 Apartment designed by architect Manuel Maia Gomes, in co-authorship with architect João Martins. This apartment combines coastal lifestyle, sophistication, and modernity with tranquility and harmony.
The construction of this apartment is committed to developing efficient and environmentally sustainable processes, such as reducing the use of non-ecological materials, valuing and treating construction waste, incorporating circular economy principles, and whenever possible, utilizing rainwater. It also emphasizes the use of natural lighting and ventilation to create passive thermal treatment systems and energy savings.
