This is an 87.50ha autonomous property which, in addition to its incomparable natural beauty, has 8 (eight) registered urban items, one of which is the Ermida de Santo Antonio dos Olivais (a 16th century Renaissance chapel comprising a nave and chancel), agricultural infrastructure, and several housing units. In addition to its expansion, the construction of new buildings up to a limit of 6000m2 for rural tourism is permitted under the terms of the PDM in force.
