Welcome to our beautiful holiday villa in San Pedro Del Pinatar! This villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind with
family or friends.
The villa is modernly furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3
bathrooms, each with a rain shower, there is enough space for up to 8 people. Two of the bedrooms even have a 210x180 kingsize bed, a dressing room, a private bathroom and a balcony with seating.
One of the biggest advantages of this villa is the heated 6x3m pool with jacuzzi and deep slope,
making the pool suitable for young and old. The large terrace offers a dining table for 8 people, barbecue, lounge
and sun loungers, so you can enjoy the Spanish sun.
The villa is only 2.5 km from the sea and 2 km from the Mar Menor, so the beach is always within reach. In addition
there are many shops, restaurants and playgrounds within walking distance of the villa.
The villa has air conditioning and heating in the living room and all bedrooms, as well as heating in the bathrooms.
There is also a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of appliances including a dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a utility
room with a washing machine and dryer.
There is even an office available for the home workers among us, while the rest of the family can enjoy the 4 smart TVs
with Android and Ambilight, and the fast WiFi with good autonomy.
Bed linen and towels are included, as well as a baby cot, beach and pool toys and beach bags, so you don't have to
worry about carrying extra luggage.
