On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The building is surrounded by a completely fenced garden and a plot of land for a total of 5,000 m2 with 55 olive trees in production where a beautiful swimming pool has been built with another building of about 37 m2 nearby used as a changing room with bathroom and outdoor kitchen.
The heating system is powered by pellets and the kitchen is induction, however if one wants gas it is very close and therefore with a sustainable expense it is also possible to connect to methane.
An outdoor shower is available in the cozy outdoor area.
The house was completely renovated between 2012 and 2015: part of the electrical system was replaced, the internal painting, the plaster, the pellet central heating, two bathrooms and all the rooms were completely renovated. The windows were replaced with traditional wooden shutters. The natural stone facade was left exposed.
The pool was built in 2021, while the roof was replaced in 2024.
