Ospitaletto Country House is a farmhouse dating back to the early 1800s nestled in the green Upper Tiber Valley, just 6km from Tuscany. The property consists of 4 apartments, the main property was renovated in 2012; it also features a beautiful 7x14 swimming pool that enjoys sunshine throughout the day. The first apartment consists of a living room and kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms; there are also exposed beams and a travertine fireplace. In the second apartment we have the same layout, but we find only one bedroom. The third and fourth apartments both have living room/kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each. All apartments have private entrances. The external staircase leading to the main apartment is the original dating back to the 1800s. The apartments all enjoy a classic antique Italian style, great attention is given to the antiques. All doors were made by local craftsmen. The ceilings are high and all apartments enjoy fireplaces. There are also two drying rooms, a wine cellar and an old stable on the ground floor. The property is ideal for spending relaxing days and reliving the rural tradition in a pleasant and peaceful environment surrounded by pastures and woods frequented by local wildlife and fifteen hectares of meadows and hillside cultivated with organic farming including vineyard, wheat fields, corn and sunflowers.
