A detached, four-bedroom designer house with a gallery, art objects, and separate guest areas in an exclusive and central location within the El Gouna Golf Resort on the Red Sea. The town of El Gouna is located approximately 22 km north of Hurghada in the Al Baja Al Ama governorate, directly on the Red Sea. It covers an area of approximately 4.8 x 1.8 km and has a population of 24,000 (12,000 of whom are Americans and Europeans). The tip of the Sinai Peninsula lies 80 km northeast. El Gouna is an upscale and relaxed coastal town that promises a comfortable seaside lifestyle in an exclusive and secure community. By plane, you can reach some of Europe's major cities within four hours. Private jet owners can land directly in the town of El Gouna. Egyptian entrepreneur Samih Sawiris laid the foundation stone for this resort in April 1989. The project is the flagship project of his Orascom Group, which owns the majority of the properties within the community. El Gouna was built as a blend of traditional, modern, and Nubian architecture, with local building materials such as natural stone and clay dominating the architecture. There are 19 different hotels in the town. The neighborhoods are connected by passenger bridges, and it is possible to purchase property within the town. El Gouna offers excellent year-round weather, beautiful sandy beaches, luxurious hotels, islands with white sand beaches, and incredible underwater wildlife. Egyptian law has permitted non-citizens to own two properties since 1996. An on-site translator for English, German, and Egyptian is available for viewings of the property and the house. The Swiss-Egyptian construction company Orascom must approve the purchase. El Gouna was established in 1989 by Orascom. All costs are included in the sale price. The interior walls are made of smooth white plaster. The house was designed and built by a German designer and Orascom. The structural design was carried out by a renowned German engineering firm.
