Villa Pepe is an elegant and modern property built in 2011 with a garden and private pool, near the town of Passo Ripe.
INTERIOR
Villa Pepe is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The large windows give the living room a great brightness, and show a view of the garden that surrounds the property.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where the sleeping area of the villa is located.
This latter consists of:
- two double bedrooms with balconies
- a study
- a bathroom
- the large master bedroom with walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and large balcony overlooking the garden with swimming pool.
THE EXTERIOR
The villa is located in a quiet area and is surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden, where you can enjoy the beautiful summer days in peace.
From the kitchen area you can access the garden through a French window, here we find a paved outdoor area, ideal for outdoor dining.
The garden also features a large private swimming pool and in one corner of the property, there is a pergola from which you can admire the beautiful panorama of the countryside that surrounds the property.
A comfortable garage of approximately 30 m2 is a must.
LOCATION
Villa Pepe is located near the town of Passo Ripe, in the province of Ancona, in the northern part of the Marche region.
The villa is located near the city of Senigallia, which is certainly one of the most sought-after seaside resorts in the province due to its crystal-clear waters and soft sand, so much so that its beaches have been nicknamed "velvet".
Senigallia, however, is not just beaches and sea: there is also the possibility of strolling through the city streets and admiring the churches and beautiful monuments, such as the Rocca Roveresca, a symbol of military architecture from different eras perfectly harmonized with each other.
Other well-known seaside resorts are Marotta or Fano, to the north, or the beautiful RIVIERA DEL CONERO to the south, which is undoubtedly home to many of the most beautiful beaches in the region.
