Going up to the second floor, around the central loggia overlooking the lower floor, there is a reading area with access to the balcony, three further large bedrooms and two large bathrooms.
The country house is surrounded by lawn on three sides: the front area provides space for additional parking space, while the lawn on each side of the building offers different solutions to adapt to your personal needs: a simple alpine garden for relaxation, the possibility of building a swimming pool, and a wide area for the barbecue.
