This property is nestled in a landscape of remarkable beauty not far from some of Umbria's most interesting towns such as Spello, Assisi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Trevi, Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia, and areas of considerable environmental impact such as the Marmore Falls, the Colfiorito Nature Oasis, the Castelluccio di Norcia plateau and the Sibillini Mountains.
The hamlet is in fact only 3 km from Rasiglia, now a well-known tourist resort to which people from all over Italy arrive weekly to visit the typical streets that have earned it the nickname “Umbria’s little Venice”.
The property makes up almost half of the hamlet where the buildings, all recently renovated, have maintained the characteristics of the typical houses of the area; the careful restoration, personally supervised by the owner, wanted to enhance the stone walls, the wooden beams not that the ceilings which, where possible, have the original terracotta.
Specifically, the property consists of a main house (154 m²), articulated on two levels, composed of entrance/living room with kitchenette, large eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom; an internal staircase then leads to the real jewel in the crown of the house represented by a rustic completely in stone where you can glimpse the remains of a medieval arch (ancient entrance to the village at the time of the Trinci family).
Immediately next door is a second property (61 m²) consisting of a large living room with kitchenette, study, a single but charming bedroom and bathroom.
Next is the third dwelling (88 m²) formed by an entrance/living room with kitchenette, corridor announcing the three bedrooms with private bathroom; this portion of the property has been used for Bed & Breakfast activity.
The last portion of the building (90 m²), also renovated with the systems already in place but not yet furnished, can be used for various purposes.
