Located in the south of Tuscany, among the beautiful hills of the Maremma, in the province of Grosseto, this splendid farmhouse of excellent success with its main building and its outbuildings, located almost in the center of the two hectares of land that compose it, is surrounded by a remarkable series of tourist attractions of international interest. Lake Bolsena with its frequentation of foreign tourists as well as Italians is less than 30 km away, the city of Civita di Bagnoregio, known as "the dying city" which attracts not only European tourists, but also overseas tourists. Monte Amiata is about 60 km away, the wonderful Val D'Orcia is less than 30 km away, and all this without mentioning the endless medieval villages typical of the area, each unique in its kind, and the numerous Etruscan sites, all of which can be visited. A unique and fascinating area that does not preclude even a swim in the sea since the area of Orbetello and the Argentario are less than 50 km away.
The property consists of two hectares of land, with the possibility of purchasing a further 84, with the excellently renovated accommodation complex in the center with the reception, restaurant, kitchens, breakfast room on the ground floor, and four double bedrooms each with bathroom. On the first floor there is an apartment with living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace and yet another triple bedroom with bathroom. Finally, a large room where four additional bedrooms with bathroom are obtained.
