Description
We propose inside the noble "Palazzo Visconti" a prestigious and unique historical residence of important size. The entire complex, located in the historic center of the city, has recently been the subject of a careful renovation and conservative restoration, it has undergone transformations over the centuries that have changed the original sixteenth-century structure; the apartments, of which the one proposed here is the most prestigious, can be dated to the end of the seventeenth century while the decorations can be traced back with oscillations to the Baroque and Rococo periods, presumably made on commission by Giulio Cesare Visconti, who died in 1725. The palace remained the property of the Visconti until 1891 and was subsequently occupied by the Canossian Sisters who remained there until 1980.
The apartment has a garage with access from the courtyard. It is also possible to purchase (at an additional cost) a second garage and/or a second small apartment within the same building complex, useful as a domicile for any domestic staff serving the main apartment.
A floor plan of the apartment is attached to this announcement.
