Description
The Dominio de Razamonde winery is a project that began in 1998 and belongs to the Ribeiro Denomination of Origin, the oldest in Galicia and one of the oldest in the Iberian Peninsula.
Due to its privileged location, Ribeiro is favoured by natural barriers that protect it from sub-Atlantic storms and provide an oceanic-continental climate, with temperate temperatures, ideal for the cultivation of vines. These conditions allow the grapes to ripen slowly, preserving aroma, freshness, balance and acidity.
Located on the banks of the river Miño, it enjoys a south orientation with fabulous panoramic views of the beautiful countryside typical of Galicia. Excellent highway communications as it is only 15 minutes from Ourense, 50 minutes from Vigo and 55 minutes from Santiago de Compostela.
The property has 12 hectares of vineyards, 2 hectares of woodland with hiking trails, a winery, offices and a wine tourism centre with restaurant, events room and museum.
