I'm a detached villa located in Monteporzio Catone, in the lush heart of the Castelli Romani, where vineyards gently climb the hills and the air is filled with the scent of peace and authenticity. I was born from a clear and profound idea: to offer a welcoming, comfortable, and intimate space, while remaining immersed in the beauty of nature. I was designed and built with love by a builder who wanted me for himself and shared happy years with me. He chose me for my unique location: convenient yet secluded; spacious yet never overwhelming. There's a double living room with an open fireplace, where the fire has often been a companion for reading, dinners, and slow conversations.
