Preliminary Sale Agreement (Compromesso)
– Payment of 25% of the price plus 10% VAT
Progress Payment
– Upon completion of the building's top floor slab:
30% of the price, plus 10% VAT
Final Payment (Upon Delivery)
– Remaining balance of the price plus VAT on the deposit amounts already paid
